Swapna Kumar is an MBA from LNMI and a seasoned entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in varied core domains spanning Human Resource, Recruitment, Advertising, Entertainment and Trading. Kumar started UnicornHead Online Ventures India Pvt. Ltd. in August 2011 and is serving as Director in UnicornHead Online Ventures India Pvt. Ltd. since its inception.

UnicornHead Online Ventures India Pvt. Ltd. operates under the brand name of JobsCubicle in the field of HR / Recruitment Consulting. Kumar’s core responsibilities are to create strategies to promote the brand JobsCubicle and establish long-term relationship with key clients along with acting as a director in the areas of Finance, R&D and firm’s management in full capacity.

Swati Sinha is the Founding Member & Managing Director of JobsCubicle. Swati is passionate about building JobsCubicle as a brand of repute in the field of HR / Recruitment Consulting. A graduate in Business Administration, Swati manages the day-to-day Operations, Employee Engagement, Training and takes care of the deliverables to clients on time every time.

Swati is an avid member of the Toast Master Club of Bengaluru and an active yoga practitioner, health coach creating impact in improving thousands of other lives.

Kaustav Chatterjee is an IIM Calcutta alumnus having over 16 years of experience in the fields of Client Management, Project Management, Team Building and managing Turn Key Projects. KC has worked with organisations like Reliance, Cognizant, Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital and has rich experience in dealing with world renowned brands like McDonald's, General Mills Corporation, OFG and so on.

On an on-going basis, KC is focused on continuous process improvements to create a seamless environment for our external and internal customers and to take the brand JobsCubicle to greater heights. As the Business Head of the organisation, he also takes care of the overall business growth.
